After you have logged in with the Moderator PIN Code, you may press *2 to access the recording menu. The system will then ask you to choose a filename. This is entirely your choice (1-8 digits). The system will repeat the filename back to you when it has been accepted. The system will then prompt you to press 1 to begin recording (please press 1 right away, as there is a time delay).
There is no charge to record your conference. After you have recorded a conference it will remain in our system for 30 days. You would need to contact us within that 30-day period to make arrangements for the playback.
How do I connect to an Operator for help?
To reach a live operator 24/7
 |
From the conference (you are logged in to the service with you PIN Code), press *0. |
How do I set up an Operator Attended conference?
For an additional fee, you may choose to have an operator assist on the conference. A reservation is required in advance. We will need to know the time and date of your conference as well as the number of lines required and the desired options. Please contact your account manager for more information about the options available or to set up an attended call. You will be given new dial in phone numbers, and passwords for both Speakers and Participants. These passwords will need to be given to the operator verbally after dialing in.
A participant is unable to dial in to my conference. Can I dial-out to them?
Yes, absolutely! You may dial-out from a conference to both International and Domestic locations. Please contact your account manager to authorize use of this option on your account. Once the authorization is in place, the Moderator simply presses *1 from the conference, and provides the operator who answers with the party's name and phone number. The operator will call the participant, and connect them into the call.
We will need the date of your conference as well as the location to be called (country). This feature is available at an increased rate: the standard rate per minute plus long distance charges to the location called. Please contact your account manager for current long distance rates.
How do I connect International Participants to my conference call?
The callers would call in on the Toll-Access number. They would pay their own long distance to dial into this number, and the account would be billed at your conference rate/minute.
Which credit cards are accepted by InterConferencing?
An InterConferencing account may be set up using VISA, MC, or AMEX.
When does my credit card get charged for services?
InterConferencing will charge your credit card on file twice monthly, provided there is usage in the account. Please contact your account manager if you need to change the credit card on file.
Following the end of my call, will I be able to see details of my conference?
Unfortunately at the moment we do not yet have a Customer Administration page on our site.
The conference details will be available to you on your statements.
Do I receive an invoice or statement from InterConferencing?

Can I be direct billed?
