InterConferencing provides reservationless audio conferencing. Our standard service allows you to conduct a conference 24/7 at your convenience without the need for an operator or a reservation.

Included with InterConferencing's standard service are:

Unattended dial in
Unattended toll-free dial in
Moderator controls (including lecture mode, lock conference, participant roll call, muting options, recording)


Unattended dial in and toll-free dial in:

Moderator:
Dial in using the toll or toll-free number provided to you at signup.
Enter the Moderator PIN code provided to you at signup.

Participants:
Dial in using the toll or toll-free number provided to you by your conference moderator
Enter the Participant PIN code provided to you by your conference moderator. (if music is heard remain on the line, you are holding for the Moderator to log in).

Advanced Features:

InterConferencing's Advanced Features allow you to tailor a conference to your specific needs. A reservation is required for the following services:

Attended dial in

Full time operator attended conference
Participant screening
Participant list
Polling, Q&A sessions
Dial out to participants
Additional conference lines

You may chose to have an operator assist on the conference. A reservation is required in advance. Please contact your account manager The operator may provide the following features:

Participant screening:

The operator will cross-reference a list of participants provided in advance to ensure security on the call and prevent unwanted participants.

Participant List:

The operator will take participant information such as name, company name, etc. in order to provide you with a detailed list of attendees following the conference.

Polling/ Q&A sessions:

Polling questions provided to the operators in advance may be asked by the moderator and a list of participants' answers will be provided following the conference. An operator can moderate a question and answer period during your conference, placing participants in a queue to allow each line to be un-muted in sequence allowing for participants to ask questions one at a time.

Dial outs:

If a participant is unable to dial in for the conference, you may have an operator dial out to connect the party into the call. Pre-authorization for this feature is required, and the participant's name and phone number will be provided to the operator at the time of the call.

Additional conference lines:

Additional lines can be added to your account in advance for large conferences at no additional charge.
